Bodyography is proud to sponsor Miss Polonia 2009. Though originating in Poland and still part of popular culture, the iconic title “Miss Polonia” was carefully chosen to include women of Polish ancestry from all over the world and seek a truer search for the most beautiful Polish girl.
In Australia, the “Miss Polonia” contest had initial popularity with the first wave of young Polish migrants after World War 2, but later had a fragmented history amongst the various states.
The Year 2005 saw an Australian revival with a “Miss Polonia” pageant held in both Melbourne and Perth.
The annual visits to the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix by the reigning Miss Polonia since 2007 brought a global appreciation of Polish femininity and sophistication linked with the world’s most prestigious sporting circuit.
The Year 2008 is also significant in the Australian context, as for the first time Australia was represented at the Miss Polonia Contest in Poland by Linda Kowalski from Melbourne who was also voted as Miss Congeniality by her peers at the final in Lodz, Poland.
In March the Australian Grand Prix will again assign VIP status and welcome the visit of the reigning Miss Polonia to the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.
In August, the Miss Polonia-Australia contest takes centre stage in Melbourne with the winner representing Australia at the Miss Polonia Contest in Poland in September.

Bodyography have just become a corporate member for
the Fellowship of Australian Hairdressing. At Bodyography
we truly believe in the philosophy of the Fellowship and education.
By becoming involved with the Fellowship we will be able to further support the industry by providing more
in-depth information, training and knowledge.
Bodyography will also be involved with the Fellowship for Australian Hairdressing through various industry events throughout the year. We have also joined the AHJ website which will be launched later this month with information on Bodyography and any news we have, so be sure to check out www.ahj.com.au.
It is with great pleasure that we announce our New partnership with Beauty Spa and Wellbeing, our official distributors in New Zealand.
The Bodyography team were present in NZ on the 3rd May for the official launch open day and media release. It was a fantastic turnout which saw many keen salon owners and makeup artists come through the school for the open day. Bodyography Makeup Artist Jodie Drago carried out make overs and demonstrations while Rob spoke of the benefits of using a Mineral makeup range like Bodyography.

Tuesday the 22nd December the Bodyography Artistic team were on hand to work along side photographer Vito Vampatella.
The Core Team had their hand in making seductive faces for the Miss Polonia girls and Vitovampatella portfolios. The theme was is based on Vanity Fair magazine which has a feature called the Vanities girls.

Bodyography are proud to announce that it has been selected at the official makeup sponsor for the inaugural Newcastle Fashion Week and will be providing product as well as makeup artists for various parades and events. The event takes place from September 20 to 25 and will showcase some of Newcastle's best up-and-coming designers and boutiques through a week of festivities and runway parades.

The 2010 Rising Stars winners were Courtney Monsma (Junior) and Elle Graham (Senior), whose prizes consisted of Bodyography products. They will also receive a makeover from the Bodyography artistic team when they visit Sydney.
